At Suji St.Mary’s House, elderly members continue to contribute to the community by sharing their rich life experiences and offering their wisdom and talents. Within their abilities, they seek ways to serve others, living a well-ordered life and fulfilling their vocation in the Lord until their final moments. (Directory 153)
Even in their later years, they strive to foster a harmonious and vibrant community, drawing from their deep monastic life and experiences. Especially for those 80 years and older, the focus shifts to mutual care and spiritual support, as they embrace the prayer ministry, lifting up their younger sisters engaged in direct missionary work. Though they may have stepped away from active mission fields, they remain missionary nuns until their last breath, dedicating their lives to prayer and intercession.
