O Our Lady of Perpetual Help,

We thank Jesus for giving us you as Our Mother,

and we come before you with hearts full of trust and love.

O Mother who never turns away the petitions of your children,

be our refuge in times of sorrow, danger, and suffering.

Before this sacred icon,

hear our fervent prayers,

 and grant that we may experience the power of your intercession.

Loving Mother,

Help us, the Mystical Body of Christ,

to live out Christ’s love by sharing generously with our neighbors.

May the image of God, who is Love,

be renewed in us day by day.

Strengthen our faith in the saving power of Christ’s Cross,

and through the wonders worked by the Holy Spirit in those who believe,
